Applicants may apply once during any twelve month period.
First time online applicants must click “Create New Account” tab to begin. Returning applicants may enter their email address and password to log in.
You may print the application to prepare.
We strongly recommend you click “SAVE AS DRAFT” at least once per hour to avoid losing your work. After clicking “SAVE AS DRAFT” you may come back at another time to finish your application. You may do this repeatedly.
Any section that says you may upload or type, you may also cut and paste from other documents.
Fax to File enables you to fax any document to a toll free phone number and it will be emailed back to you as a pdf file, which you can then upload.
We do not ask for your 501c3. We will verify your tax exempt status via your tax ID/registered charity number.
Once completed, you may print a copy of your application for your records.
